Legendary Dodgers pitcher Sandy Koufax has hand-signed this 16x20 photo of the April 13, 1964 Sports Illustrated Cover. The photo has been custom framed in Canada to create a very unique 25x32 inch framed display. The signature has been authenticated by Online Authentics with the unique registration number: OA-8326917 that allows you to verify the details of the item and signing. Some of the details included are: Origin of Item: Steiner Sports, Date Item was Signed: 4/17/2008. In addition it also comes with a Steiner hologram. Please note, the frame has a few minor scratches on it where the natural wood is exposed and the black finish has been scratched off.
